ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä

On September 30, 2022 we submitted our first NRT Annual Report utilizing the new NSF – NRT Reporting Platform (reporting.nrt.nsf.gov) and shortly after, we welcomed the 2nd cohort of NRT ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä. 

This cohort is composed of 8 fully funded and 3 not funded ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä which will receive their certificate of completion once all NRT courses have been successfully completed. Eight of these ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä are pursuing their Master’s degree and two are working on their Ph.D. Once again, we are delighted to be working with a very diversified group of ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä coming from different disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cell and Molecular Neuroscience, Psychology, Nursing, Business Administration, and Information Technology. 

We plan to have a successful year having the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä engaged in research projects, publishing papers, and thrilled to explore the concept of applying Data Science and Analytics skills into other academic fields outside of Engineering. 

This cohort will also gain knowledge from a mixture of guest speakers who will be joining the NRT courses to provide real world examples and their expertise from industry. Lastly, we plan on arranging an outdoor experience to expose the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼ä to some of the industry sector.
