Federal Electronic Proposal Submission Systems

Many sponsoring agencies use a variety of electronic systems for proposal submission and award management. Proposals submitted through sponsor systems must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Sponsored ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼äs prior to submission to the sponsor. In addition to completing the proposal application in the sponsor's electronic system, a proposal file must be initiated in Novelution and routed for approvals by the Department, College, and Office of Sponsored ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥¼äs.

The following is a partial listing of federal sponsors that require electronic proposal submission and a brief description of each system.

These systems require an Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) in OSP to approve and submit proposals to the sponsor. It is important to create a proposal file in Novelution as soon as possible so that the review and approval is completed in time to meet the sponsor's deadline.
