Citation Payment Information
Citations will not appear on Banner/student accounts until the fifteenth (15th) calendar day after issuance of the citation, because appeals are allowed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date of the citation.
Please note that if you did not link the vehicle cited to your parking portal,听 you must click the 鈥淢ake Payment听 Before 15 Days of Issuance鈥 option as the citation will not have linked to your听 payment accounts. If you added the vehicle to your account, 听waited听 twenty-four 听hours for the transfer to occur, 听and do not see that the citation is transferring to your account, reach out to us via email with the citation number and your听 FAU 听 ZNumber . 听
